*The title alone is a pun that's tricky to get unless you know Japanese. In katakana Japanese, "Bebop" is written as "bibappu" so the "biba biba" part is like half the word coming out but not quite. It's an effect like you would hear if someone's playing with a record on a turn table and moving the record around on one word so that it repeats the beginning several times.
**Here he actually sings "Biba bappu bibappu style" twice before getting to the part after the star.
